You’ll be at the center of how Choiz runs. From ensuring our customers get the best experience, to building the operational backbone that fuels our growth.
If you’ve built and scaled D2C operations before, you know this isn’t about keeping the lights on—it’s about turning the engine into a rocket.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Operations at Choiz: own the backbone of how we deliver and scale across Operations, Customer Support, and Medical Support.
- Make Customer Support not just a “help desk” but a loyalty engine: improve both the quantity and quality of answers.
- Boost Operations performance: cut delivery times and ensure medication gets to patients faster.
- Elevate Medical Support: work with our doctors to improve the quality and quantity of patient responses.
- Build processes that actually work: simple, fast, and scalable.
- Make sure we have the right tools in place to maximize efficiency and scale operations to the next level.
- Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and kill them before they slow us down.
- Own and push the key metrics: efficiency, customer satisfaction, delivery speed, retention, and quality of care.
