As VP of Medical Strategy, you’ll be the brain behind how we design, deliver, and scale our medical operations. From strategy to execution, you’ll make sure we are not just another healthtech—you’ll make us the benchmark.

What You’ll Do

• Define the medical strategy for Choiz: processes, tools, and best practices that scale with excellence.
• Build frameworks for preventive care and chronic treatments that work at scale.
• Partner with leadership to align medical decisions with business growth and product strategy.
• Optimize operations: reduce friction, cut unnecessary time, and increase conversion without sacrificing care.
• Ensure world-class quality in medical attention while driving efficiency and growth.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve workflows, diagnostics, and patient experiences.
• Be the guardian of medical excellence, compliance, and innovation.
• Stay close to the market: anticipate trends in healthtech, patient care, and digital medicine.
